1kg Inner PE Bag

1 kg inner PE type plastic bag, packed within 1 hour from drying, sealed with clear tape.

Optional add-ons:

Print colour brands on the inner plastic
Food grade moisture absorbing silica gel packs
Stickers with user instructions or branding

1kg Inner Box

A 1 kg box includes 72 pieces of charcoal — 6 layers of 12 cubes in a 3×4 layout.

Unique packaging requirements available with a minimum order of 18 tons.

Option 3
🗃️

Master Carton Box

5-ply B flute corrugated cardboard box, sized to contain 10 × 1kg inner boxes. Custom sizes available.

Standard printing is 2 colour — custom requirements can be accommodated.

Lead Times

Production Times & Minimum Order Quantities

18 Tons — 20ft Container

Production lead time: 14 days from order confirmation.

25 Tons — 40ft Container

Production lead time: 21 days from order confirmation.

Inner Box & Carton Printing

14 days from order confirmation for all custom printed packaging.

Final Packaging

4–6 days once production is complete.
